After working together for many years for Lincolnshire County Council providing Day Opportunities for adults with learning disabilities, we decided to set-up 'Diversity'. 

We were (and still are) passionate about providing an alternative service which focuses on people's abilities rather than disabilities.

We are both extremely experienced in taking lead roles in setting up day centre activities and supporting access to community facilities.  Whilst we are more than happy to do this, we very much want 'Diversity' to be about helping people to tailor the service and activities they want for themselves.

We have a friendly, caring and welcoming staff team who are passionate about the work they do.  They are fully committed to providing a meaningful, fun and person-focused service.
